CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

We at Dhananjay Foods Panchgani follows 8 days return policy for discounted and non-discounted products buy / shopped from our website @wwwdhananjayfoods.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item / product you purchase from Dhananjay Foods. It for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or products. We will accept retune within 8 days after the product been delivered to you in the following condition. 

All Item should be return in proper condition and also with the original packing and original sale receipts. Please note if the product is purchase from any of our Dhananjay Store / Outlet or any Retailers store / outlet or any Retailers store they cannot be return via our online service. 

Product that are return without a box / packaging in a damage condition will not be accepted. 

If by any chance the customer does not return the product than a product MRP will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait unit it arrives, and you can cancel your order by contacting our online team to request its return dropping on email to info@dhananjayfoods.com / WhatsApp us on our customer care contact number +91 9767682682 with your order details. 

After inspection we will confirm whether the products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 8 working days after we received the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy We will issue bank refund / store credit (Whichever selected by the customer) for the particular amount. The mode of refund cannot be change one’s you’ve submitted the request with us. 

NOTE:  

           The customer has to bare the shipping charges while returning the parcel. 

REFUNDS:  

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 7-8 days and once the refund is approved. We will refund the amount 48 hours. Once the refunded product is received by Dhananjay Foods. Your order amount will be refunded to you, or an exchange parcel will be sent at your address.
