This roasted chana have been seasoned with a mix of two different spices, that is hing, which is used as a substitute for onion and garlic having spicy and hot taste and Jeera which has excellent aroma along with superior taste. It’s a punch with a slightly warm, spicy, bitter, earthy flavoured chanaz packet.
